Unlike helium-filled balloons, the maintenance period of filled air balloons could be several months. The duration of a balloon may depend on the altitude, temperature, humidity and other conditions to which the balloon is exposed.

The best recommended condition is an ambient temperature. 

Keep balloons away from sharp objects.

As with all types of balloons, you must factor in the quality of helium used to fill and temperature climate. When filled with strong quality helium, and placed in a warm environment, balloons can float for several days.

Remember to take these factors into consideration when planning your events, especially if outdoors.
