When placing your order, pickups will be scheduled according to availability, so please respect the given time slot. 

It’s essential to have an appropriate vehicle to transport the balloons safely. Whether you are picking up personal balloons or our balloons, we cannot guarantee safe transport, and unfortunately, we cannot replace any balloons that may be damaged during transport. 

When booking your delivery date will be scheduled. 

We will provide you with a timeframe of delivery the day before.

Please note that the delivery fee is based on delivery location.  

Ask for a delivery quote at the time of booking. 

We do fill personal balloons that you purchase from other places, but we cannot guarantee the quality or float time of the balloons you bring in. 

If a balloon pops while we are filling it, we can replace it with one of our balloons, but please note that you will be charged for the new balloon. To avoid any issues, we highly recommend bringing in extra balloons just in case.
