We will reach out to you using your preferred method of communication. We will then collect all the necessary details about your event and prepare a quote for you. After you review and approve the quote, we will send an invoice to your email address.

For events that cost more than $1000 it is important to have an in-person meeting to ensure all details are discussed. We want to make sure we have all the necessary information to plan your special day. We will then prepare a quote for you. You can expect to receive the quote within 1-3 days. 

 We provide a diverse selection of rental items for events. After you make your selection, we will send you a contract for your review and signature. The contract must be signed upon the payment of the deposit.  

 Once we confirm all the details of your event, we will create an invoice and send it to your email. To secure your date we need a deposit of 25% to 50% of the total cost. This deposit helps us reserve your time and plan accordingly. The remaining balance must be paid the day before your event. 

The day before your event we will send you a confirmation text. This message will include details about the time location and any remaining balance. Our goal is to ensure everything is clear and prepared for your event.

Our pricing is clear and straightforward. Please note that the listed prices do not cover any upgrades, custom orders, add-ons, delivery fees or taxes which may vary based on your location.
